Coaching works best as a sustained, structured process.
Most clients find a programme gives the depth and continuity that real change needs.
A single session is also available, for a focused conversation on one particular challenge.
Sessions are currently half-price while Kim completes her ILM level 5 coaching qualification. Use the code TRAINING at checkout.
If the cost is a genuine barrier, please get in touch. A small number of reduced-fee places are available each year.

A series of structured, confidential one-to-one conversations focused on what an executive, senior leader or founder is trying to work out or move through. The coach does not give advice or instruct. The work is in thinking clearly, out loud, with someone whose only agenda is your own.
A mentor advises from their own experience. A therapist works largely with the past and with mental health. Coaching works forward from where you are now: what you want, what is in the way, and what you will do about it. Coaching is not therapeutic treatment, and a good coach will say when something needs a different kind of support.
The developmental transition into motherhood. It is psychological, hormonal and identity-level, not just practical. It is a recognised process, comparable in scale to adolescence, but far less discussed. Naming it often comes as a relief, because it explains an experience many women have assumed was personal failure.
It can help you understand what is producing it and what you are able to change. It is not a substitute for medical support, and if burnout has tipped into something needing clinical care, coaching should sit alongside that rather than instead of it. If you are unsure, speak to your GP first.
Usually a coaching relationship comprises of six, hour-long sessions, held fortnightly or monthly. That is enough for something to actually shift rather than just be discussed. A single session is also available for one focused question.
We agree what you want from the work and how we will know it is working. There is no preparation needed, and nothing you have to have figured out beforehand.
Yes. Nothing you say is shared, even where an employer funds coaching. They may receive confirmation the sessions happened, never their content, and any themes shared are anonymised and agreed with you first.
£200 for a single session, or £150 per session for a six-session programme. A small number of reduced-fee places are available each year where cost is a genuine barrier.
Most people book when something has been sitting unresolved for a while. The free 30-minute conversation exists for exactly this question, and can include you deciding not to go ahead.
