Kim Croasdale

I work at the intersection of organisational strategy, policy and culture, and the deeply human experience of being a woman navigating leadership through change.

Why Entela?

With over 15 years’ experience of leadership in healthcare, education, strategy and system-wide delivery, I now partner with organisations and individuals to navigate the complexities of professional and personal transition. 

I also have two young children. So I know what it means to hold serious responsibility while navigating the transitions that shape a woman’s life.

My approach

I founded Entela because I kept seeing a systemic failure: talented, committed women stepping back at the exact moment their organisations needed them most. Not because they wanted to leave, but because the conditions weren’t there to support them to stay.

Entela exists to change that.

The name comes from entelechy: Aristotle’s concept of the potential within us moving toward its fullest expression. This work isn’t about fixing what is broken; it is about uncovering the excellence that was always there.

How I work

Grounded.

True leadership is built on internal stability. I help individuals and organisations define their own core values so they can lead from a position of clarity and congruence. When you are anchored in your “why”, leadership through change becomes simpler.

Strategic.

This is not a wellness initiative; it is leadership work. From individual transitions to organisational policy, every intervention is designed for the practical, high-stakes reality of senior leadership. We focus on what is effective, sustainable and professionally rigorous. 

Compassionate.

Behind every policy and title is a human experience. I lead with sensitivity and transparency to uncover the strength that was always there. My approach is supportive but direct, creating the safe environment necessary for the deepest, most honest work to happen.
