About
I find the structural causes beneath the problems, and solve them.
Working at the intersection of organisational strategy, policy and culture, and the deeply human experience of being a woman navigating leadership through change.
Why entela?
I founded Entela because I kept seeing a systemic failure: talented, committed women stepping back at the exact moment their organisations needed them most. Not because they wanted to leave, but because the conditions weren’t there to support them to stay.
Entela exists to change that.
My background spans fifteen years in climate and sustainability, and almost a decade in NHS strategic leadership, including contributing to the world’s first net zero healthcare strategy. Across all of it, the work has been the same: looking past symptoms to find the structural causes underneath, and solving those.
Through Entela, I apply that thinking to one of the most persistent and least examined failures in the modern workforce: the loss of experienced women through the transitions that reshape their careers.
